Job Summary

The Mechanic ensures the optimal performance and reliability of all container-handling equipment, utility motor vehicles, and miscellaneous machinery, in accordance with manufacturers’ specifications. The successful candidate will be responsible for minimizing equipment downtime by diagnosing and resolving malfunctions quickly and effectively, while focusing on preventative and predictive maintenance strategies.

Requirements

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of practical maintenance experience.
• Experience working with heavy equipment, preferably in the construction or port industry, is an asset.
