How do I know that my shipment has arrived in Jamaica?

Your freight forwarder or shipping agent will notify you when your shipment arrives.

Pay online via KWL Webpay, use our mobile app, transfer via your bank, or pay in-store at the commercial centre.

Click N Collect lets you complete clearance online and only visit the wharf to pick up. Sign up, register your card, pay, and schedule pickup — your KWL representative and agent handle the on-terminal process.

Check your validated Bill of Lading for the warehouse location assigned to your shipment.

We are a multi-purpose terminal handling containers, bulk and breakbulk cargo — including motor vehicles, heavy equipment, and project cargo.

No. KWL does not sell vehicles. We receive and store vehicles on arrival; cargo remains in the custody of the Jamaica Customs Agency until cleared.

After seven (7) days, storage charges apply. For containers, shipping lines may also apply demurrage — typically a daily USD fee payable directly to them.

If you do not clear your goods within 14 days, the Jamaica Customs Agency may remove them to the Queen’s Warehouse for auction.
